Sadly I have had to re report many areas where flooding is rife.

I believe it is due to lack of maintenance over the years. So many sites are flooded with several inches of water even with light rainfall

I have called for action on several regular sites, including   :  School Road, Mersea Road, Berechurch Hall Road, Layer Road, Rayner Road, Gloucester Avenue,  and many others

It was covered in pages of Local Gazette in past few days

All this as Essex County Council reports a £900k underspend !
