The footpaths leading from Friday Wood green , running behind Monkwick Avenue, past Thomas Lord Audley School, by the cemetery and on to Colchester town centre have become very overgrown with brambles hanging in the faces of pedestrians and cyclists and vegetation coming into the path.

So using the good services of Community payback, and working with the teams for a few weeks the area is looking a lot better. More to do in coming months to keep it clear, but lots of residents have written to me on e mail, and facebook to praise the results of our Labour
