The 20 mph sign accessing Lethe Grove and Friday Wood green was reported in 2019, 2020, and 2021 many times as it was leaning over. The highways stated it was low priority, and they needed to check for underground cables and pipes before they did the work.

This situation carried on, despite many requests over 3 years !

So I invited my Boro Councillor colleagues to this County Council neglected defect to a 3rd Birthday party (Spoof of course) Despite being invited ECC highways did not turn up !

With card and birthday cake which we enjoyed, the result was after that eventually to post was corrected and up righted again
