A footpath next to the play park was blocked by vegetation

The city council refuses to take any action, and the County Council refused to force the issue, leaving the path blocked was their choice.

I had to take direct action, as the “Fiddling while Rome burns” attitude by Councils was not a stance I was prepared to accept.
